What services do you offer?

We offer all-in travel packages (local and international), flight booking, hotel accommodations, city tours, visa assistance, group tours, and passport assistance.

Can I request a customized travel package?

Yes! We can create a custom itinerary based on your budget, travel dates, and preferences. Just message us and we’ll help you plan your trip.

Do you have a physical office?

We currently operate online to keep our services affordable and accessible. But rest assured, we are legitimate and responsive through email, phone, and social media

💰 Booking and Payment

How can I book a travel package?

Just send us your preferred destination and travel dates. Once we confirm the availability and price, we’ll send you a quotation and payment instructions

What are your accepted payment methods?

We accept GCash, bank transfer (BDO, BPI, etc.), Maya, and other convenient methods.

Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?

For flight bookings, full payment is required upfront to secure your seat and fare. For accommodations and tours, we usually require a down payment, with the remaining balance payable before your travel date. All payment terms will be clearly stated in your invoice or quotation.

Do you issue receipts?

Yes! For flight and hotel bookings, your official booking confirmation will serve as your receipt, as it includes the full payment details. We also send payment confirmation via email or chat after every transaction.

Are flights included in the package?

It depends on the package type. If it’s labeled ALL-IN, it includes flights, hotel accommodations, and tours. If it’s marked LAND ARRANGEMENT ONLY, it does not include flights—just hotel, transfers, and tours. All inclusions are clearly indicated in the package details or quotation, so feel free to ask if you're unsure!

Do your tours include a tour guide?

Most of our trips include a licensed tour guide as stated in the itinerary. However, some packages only include entrance tickets to attractions, allowing you to explore at your own pace. Don’t worry—we’ll always let you know which type of tour is included before you book!

📆 Cancellations, Refunds, and Rebooking

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, but cancellation is subject to our policy. Some bookings—especially promo fares—are non-refundable. We’ll always inform you of the terms before you pay.

Can I rebook if there’s an emergency?

Rebooking is allowed for most packages but is subject to fees and availability. Please message us right away so we can assist you.
